Douglas P. Quinn (Doug) is a leading Residential Mortgage Loan Originator with Caltex Funding, LP in Texas.
Doug's resources and creative abilities are unmatched. What distinguishes Quinn from the mass of people and big banks providing reverse mortgage loans is that he is a seasoned professional, with 15 years experience helping people gently through the reverse mortgage process. He knows how to find a way to get loans closed, when many loan officers and big banks cannot.
Mr. Quinn owned and founded AmeriFinance, formerly Acquisition Management, Inc., in 1985 in conjunction with his accounting, tax, and business consulting practice. He has started and operated two successful accounting, tax and management consulting firms over a 17-year period which were both subsequently acquired by leading CPA firms.
Doug has helped analyze, structure, negotiate, and finance business expansions, acquisitions, and real estate projects ranging in size from $25,000 to $35 million.
Douglas is a graduate of MISSISSIPPI STATE UNIVERSITY, with a BS degree in Finance and has written and presented numerous seminars on Persuasion, Communications, and Business Excellence.
He has studied and worked personally with leaders like Tony Robbins (“Unlimited Power” Bestseller & “30 days to Personal Power” infomercial fame), Tom Fatjo (BFI Waste Company founder), and W. Clement Stone (founder of Success Unlimited Magazine, Combined Insurance Company, and the Napoleon Hill Foundation)., and Hale Dwoskin of the Sedona Method. He has served own the Houston Project committee through St Lukes United Methodist Church, which grants thousands of dollars annually to worthy non-profit organizations. He is the former President of Midtown Business Network and was awarded “Networker of the year” for two years.
Doug has raised three children and now lives in Bellaire, Texas, which is a community near Houston’s Galleria area.
